  • Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice, or immediately upon registration if booked within 14 days of the event. Millvest Advisory reserves the right to deny entry if payment is not received before the event.
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend at no additional cost.
  • Millvest Advisory may amend the programme at any time, including changes to speakers, topics, or event dates.
  • Millvest Advisory is not liable for any loss or damage arising from programme changes, postponement, or cancellation.
  • Complimentary tickets may not be used by individuals already registered; no refunds apply in such cases.
  • Cancellation policy: 50% refund for written cancellations received 21 days before the event; 25% refund for written cancellations received 14 days before the event.
  • Delegates who do not attend and have not cancelled within the stated timelines remain liable for 100% of the invoiced amount.
  • Fees paid to Millvest Advisory for participation in the Smart Villages Africa Conference or official side events are non-refundable in the case of force majeure, severe weather, public health emergencies, or any circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.
